Terms for using Spenddeck.
These terms set the basic rules for using the service and clarify what Spenddeck does—and does not—provide.
The service
Spenddeck is a personal budgeting and cash-flow tool based on information you enter. You are responsible for keeping those records accurate and for maintaining the security of your account.
Budgeting guidance, not advice
Safe to Spend and affordability results are estimates based on user-entered information. They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another person’s records, interfere with security controls, or use Spenddeck for unlawful activity.
Ending service
You may export your data and close your account at any time. We may suspend access where necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address serious violations of these terms.
